The staff were excellent, the place is beautifully kept and well-maintained. the breakfast was above average and satisfying, with options like ham, roast veggies, and Roast turkey meal. the location is excellent, check-in was very good, and parking is nearby. Overall, it was a really good stay with no complaints.

The location turned out to be great and absolutely perfect, just off Airport, which is barely 10 minutes by taxi and shops, food venues and airport and city centre. The room I had was spotless with a bath to enjoy and private bathroom, as example.

The location was central, close enough to Cairns famous “ Cock and Bull ” restaurant/pub, and tourist hub. Again, Crackerbox Palace was close...

The hotel's location was easy, short walk to Cairns on business, the shopping centre, and cairns central and restaurants along the esplanade. It was 2 km from Muddy's Playground. The idea to include an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware in the queen suite was nice! I liked both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed.

Functional and well-appointed room with a worth every penny view from the window. Location near Cairns at 2:00 am, common areas, and city and Northern attractions.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so can recommend this hotel. The venue was tidy, it's a nicely renovated place to stay. The staff was very attentive and efficient all day long. The venue was in a central location near Australia, marina and cairns central and restaurants along the esplanade. Also, it was 3 km from The Cairns Museum.

The place was spotless, I would definitely return, the staff made my one-night stay very pleasant, and it's located in a quiet, central area.

Helpfulness of the Reception staff - we only stayed overnight between flights and left luggage there to be collected after our trip to PNG.

It was clean, plenty parking available. Also quiet, had a balcony.

Breakfast buffet very average & not worth the extra money. If I were to stay again I'd book room only, not B&B.

The breakfast offered at Cairns Sheridan Hotel was above average, with a generous portion of roast turkey and roast veggies. the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, cafes, and the famous "Cock and Bull" restaurant/pub in Cairns. - It's also convenient for travelers as the airport is only a quick 10-minute taxi ride away.

Exactly what & where we were looking for - Suite was ideal for extended stay, close to airport and an easy 25 minute walk into Cairns, or use the bus stop outside the Hotel.

Room etc was excellent value for money - Breakfast charges and Internet use charges perhaps excessive?.

The room was kept clean and available with air conditioning, a bath, plus a very comfortable bed. the location was favorable, near bistros and taverns. - Actually, everything was nice; my next choice again in Cairns.

Staff was helpful in arranging for taxis and for getting us to airport for early flights. Also stored our luggage for us while we visited Kakadu.

The hotel staff was good. The room was well cleaned. The room has a good view. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the view there.

The room was clean. But on the second day I found a lot of ants in the drawers of the room. Though the hotel staff came and sprayed some insecticide, I was worrying about the reappearance of ants.
